Arbitration shall be conducted under JAMS Streamlined or Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures (https://www.jamsadr.com/adr-rules-procedures/). The arbitrator shall decide all issues, and their decisions are final and binding.

Class Action Waiver
All covered disputes must be arbitrated individually. Parties waive any right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions, and arbitration will not be consolidated with any other arbitration.

Fees and Costs
Arbitration fees and costs will be shared equally unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator or required by law. Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise provided by law.
